Growth Data Analyst

Who We Are

  • Data preparation takes lots of time and can be frustratingly repetitive. Our software helps companies with their data preparation operations, and makes data teams more effective.

  • We work with customers in 30+ countries from StartUp to Enterprise e.g Grab, Traveloka, Line, GroupM, Ralali, Pegipegi, TIX, E27

  • We are growing in the region and are looking for a data analyst to join our growth team and assist in both our sales engagements and analytics projects!

Who You Are

  • You have worked as a data analyst (or data engineer) for some time, and looking for data projects that are closely aligned to the business (instead of back-office projects)

  • You have a good sense of differentiating what people request from their data, and what they really need. And the consistency to deliver in a timely manner.

  • You relish the opportunity to grow your data skills further by taking on data projects with companies of different levels of data maturity.

What You Have

  • Strong English written and verbal communications. Our remote working team culture requires most of our internal sharing and updates to be done in written form.

  • Strong background in data skills, such as SQL and Excel. Python and R skills will be a bonus.

  • 2-3 years experience with business intelligence and/or ETL software such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Looker, Periscope, or Microstrategy.

  • Strong Project Management capabilities and experience in data projects and handling data requests

  • Knowledge of industry-specific reporting and data analytics use-cases will be a bonus

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales: Support the sales and marketing team with product demos or researching/answering technical product questions. You will constantly work to build out demo data-sets

  • Internal Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards for the growth team to track performance. Work with the content team to publish thought leadership articles on data posts.

  • Market Insights: Build internal knowledge base of the market through competitive research, customer interviews and data workflow:

  • External Analytics Projects: Deliver on client data projects both locally and globally (mainly delivered remotely). Understand, manage and translate clients' data requirements and build that into the actionable scope of work and high-quality timeline estimates.

  • This role also needs you to be involved as a technical product expert to support the sales team in prospects and customer engagements.
